We develop and write Business Cases for new premises developments, Cost and Project Management services to GPs, PCTs and LHBs on all aspects of Primary Care Premises developments, whether owned by GPs or leased from a Third Party Developer. We have extensive knowledge in this market sector having worked in the development of over 100+ practice premises and the construction of over 150 Health Care projects, over the past 20 years, throughout England and Wales.
Our Consultants have worked in primary care for twenty years in both the English and Welsh healthcare economy working for both PCTs / LHB at director level and also as business managesr for several GP practices. They have spoken at several national conferences on premises developments and new business opportunities and has had articles published in GP magazine on premises development and has written a book on Human resources in general practice.
